Returns (FINAL SALE)
Do to hygienic purposes, all sales are final. Our lashes are not eligible for a return due to sanitary and health risks.
Exchanges/Refunds (if applicable)
If items arrive damaged or not as advertised, possible refunds or exchanges will be issued only if a claim is made within 48 hours from the delivery date. Please acknowledge that extra shipping costs will NOT be covered for exchanges/refunds.
In order to ensure your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within the 48 hour period. If approved, our team will issue an email explaining how to properly return the item and another for when the item has been received successfully.
The refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment. If the payment still hasn't been credited back into your card, call your bank to know how long credits are processed. If are no further updates, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discounted items, meaning items with a sales tag are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions.
